We have changed some security features in iBank which will impact the way you do internal and external transfers and BPAY payments.
Why has Hume made this change?
The introduction of security tokens has increased the security of iBank and has allowed us relax some of our other requirements in relation to entering your password as follows:

Members with a security device
|
iBank prompted you for your password and One Time Password each time you logged on to iBank.
iBank also prompted you for your password when finalising a transaction or updating your member details.

You will no longer be required to enter your password when completing a transaction or updating your member details.
You will be required to enter your One Time Password (accessed via your security device) when:
- Completing External Transfers, BPay and Cheque Transactions to anyone who is not a Personal Payee
- Adding new Personal Payees for External Transfers, BPay and Cheque Transactions

Member without a security device
|
iBank prompted you for your password when finalising a transaction or updating your member details.

You will no longer be required to enter your password when finalising a transaction or updating your member details.
