Hume offers a Commercial Strata Policy that contains seven sections tailored to meet legislative requirements. You can insure the strata, group, body corporate or community titled residential building, or both the building and its common contents.

Covers material loss or damage to building and common contents
Provides cover to the body corporate for sums they become legally liable to pay for personal injury or property damage
Offers office bearer's liability cover to protect the owners corporation from claims arising out of a 'wrongful act'
Personal accident section to cover bodily injury to voluntary workers
