Enter your member number, the password that you chose when you signed up for internet banking and your date of birth.
Because this is your first 'sign on' to the system. You will be asked to change your password. This is done for security reasons. Once you have changed and confirmed your password you will be logged on to iBank.
Note, if you have a security token, you can bypass the 'Date of Birth' and click 'Sign on' straight away.
