Which bills can I pay?
Any bill displaying the BPAY logo can be paid using this service. Types of bills that can be paid include council rates, gas, power,water, telephone, school and university fees, rent, credit cards, insurance and pay TV. There are now many thousands of BPAY billers.
How secure is BPAY?
Security of members' transactions, records and details is of the utmost importance to Hume. Account details are kept private between the Society and the member, with no other party ever becoming aware of this information.
Do I need to register to use BPAY?
Hume Branch - you do not need to register for BPAY when paying bills at Hume branches. Simply present a completed withdrawal form and bill containing a biller code and customer reference number.
IBank - you will need to register to make BPAY payments through IBank. Registration forms are available at all Hume branches
and on this web-site.After registration is completed:
log in to Internet Banking [IBank];
- select Transact;
- select BPAY; and
- follow screen prompts.
Hume Connect - you will need to register to make BPAY payments through Hume Connect.

After registration is completed:
- select option 5 [BPAY] from the Hume Connect menu; and
- follow voice prompts.
