Hume is able to provide Australia wide ATM access to holders of Hume Cashcards and Visa cards. Hume members can withdraw their money from over 2,800 Westpac Group ATMs across Australia free of direct charge.
The Westpac Group includes most St.George and Bank SA ATMs, but excludes any ATMs which display a direct charge before the transaction is undertaken (such as St.George ATMs in BP Service Stations).
What happens at Hume Building Society ATMs?When you are at home, use Hume ATMs as usual. We do not charge Hume members for using Hume ATMs. When you are away from towns that have a Hume ATM use a Westpac Group ATM.
If you do use a Westpac Group ATM that is located in a town where Hume also has an ATM (e.g. Albury, Wodonga, Corowa, Wangaratta), we will charge you for that transaction (unless a linked account exemption applies).
