Internet banking

Many business members use Hume's standard internet banking system iBank, but we also offer an optional administration module to business members.

Please consider if our standard iBank is sufficient to cover your needs. This may be the case if you only need one person to operate the business account on-line. Please don't hesitate to e-mail us if you have any questions about this.

What can I do with the optional administration module?

Using the administration module a business can set up users with different access levels without having to call Hume.

How do I register?

If you need the standard iBank option, download this form.

If you need iBank with the optional administration module download this form.

Drop the application into any Hume branch, fax it on 02 6051 3255 or post it to:

Hume Building Society, 492 Olive Street, Albury NSW 2640

Mark the envelope ‘iBank application’.

How do I get started with the administration module?

If you have registered for the administration module and you are the administrator the first thing you should do when you have been given access is to set up other users that you want to have access.

How do I use Pending Authorisations (part of standard iBank)?

Pending authorisations automises the workflow when two people have to sign off on a transaction in iBank.

What are Batch Transactions (part of standard iBank)?

Batch transactions enables you to pay multiple accounts in one go by uploading a file from your accounting package and the functionality will also allow you to delete or change single accounts in a batch once the batch file is uploaded. You can also schedule a batch for future payment.
