Many business members use
Hume's basic internet banking system iBank but we also offer an enhanced system to business members.
You can also access the electronic bill paying service,
BPAY, that enables you to pay bills directly from your transaction accounts. BPAY payments can be made over the internet using IBank, over the phone using
Hume Connect, or at any Hume branch.
Enhanced facility for business banking customers
Hume can also offer an enhanced internet banking facility –
Business iBank – to its business customers. This enables the business to set-up staff access for different employees from read-only through to full transactional capability.
Security Tokens
Hume can offer security tokens to further protect users when doing their banking over the internet. To order a token log into iBank click the 'Other' tab and then the 'Security Options' tab.
A security token is a small electronic device that generates a unique six digit code. The correct pin, as generated from the token, needs to be entered to access your internet banking account and can be used anywhere in the world.
